THE PERSON BEHIND THE PLAY
Hi, I’m Fox.
Founder of Shrunken Ship.
Creator of Super Chicken.
Fox is a performer, comedy writer and co-producer who grew up making people laugh. His family toured North America with a wonderfully weird comedy and music show, while he and his siblings made movies and music-video parodies together.
Today, that same playful spirit lives on in Shrunken Ship.
THE NAME
A childhood movie.
A continuing adventure.
It started with The Mystery of the Shrunken Ship, one of the movies Fox made with his siblings as a kid. By the 2010s, they were putting Shrunken Ship Productions on their music-video parodies—a nod to those first homemade adventures.
The games, entertainment and possible future films are all part of that same creative journey. Fox just grew into it.
THE CHICKEN
Blame his little brother.
Before he was a game hero, Super Chicken was a character Fox’s little brother played in the family show. He’d come out in a chicken costume and black mustache, then dance to a song from Barnyard.
Fox thought it was the funniest thing in the world. He wanted to capture that character—and that ridiculous joy—in a video game.
WHAT IT’S ALL FOR
“I hope everyone who plays Super Chicken laughs. I hope they have a blast.”
Fox Founder, Shrunken Ship
His hope is simple: that you enjoy playing as much as he enjoyed making it. There are more fun things to come.
